For a long time I have wanted to purchase a battery for my 17 year old PANASONIC camcorder and a remote control for my 22 year old MITSUBISHI television set. I had not realised that I could get replacements but AV UK LTD's indexing made it easy so I ordered and 48 hours later the goods arrived - and they work! I know where to go next time. Thanks. My husband and I are duffers when it comes to anything technical so when we asked for a replacement remote control we held our breath as to the outcome. Well - it came 2 days later and lo and behold, we just put the batteries in and it worked. This is the first time anything has been that simple for us. We are getting on in life and this was just a doddle. Thank you to AVUKLTD
