ordered for 1st time with av uk on22/11/2011 and was dispatched same day and arrived on 23/11/2011 and it worked perfectly on my tv ( the original would have cost over £25 from currys parts)and from amazon would have taken upto a week to get from other suppliers, and this control is a lot better than the original, would def recommend this company to others.
