The product which I purchased, was exactly as described, was promptly delivered next working day, and was the cheapest I found anywhere. This was made all the better by the price shown on the website being fully inclusive of VAT and shipping. I was given a Samsung DVD-SH855M Combi Machine, but the Remote was missing. On searching the net AV UK Ltd was the only site that offered me the right remote for the machine. The price was good with FREE P&P, I ordered straight away and the delivery was very quick. I totally reccomend AV UK Ltd and would use again whenever I need any of the items that they supply.
