I was gutted when after purchasing a new LCD Samsung TV that within one month the kids had lost the remote control. After checking your website I could not believe my luck that an original remote control could be purchased at such a reasonable price. Order placed on Wednesday evening, remote arrived on Friday morning by Royal Mail special delivery. Put batteries in and it paired with the home cinema system straight away. Part supplied was a genuine Sony part wrapped in the box with a Sony part number. Thanks for the prompt service!
