I have been amazed at the EXCELLENT service provided by this company. Care and attention in advising me re item suitability for my elderly mother, VERY reasonable prices, NEXT DAY delivery and swift and understanding attitude from staff when I subsequently had a problem in tuning the item to the VCR (including a phone call from engineer) This has restored my faith in doing business!
