Unfortunately the Royal Mail failed to deliver; literally. I e-mailed the co. who rang me shortly after (at nearly 7.00 p.m.) and arranged to deliver the replacement personally at my earliest convenience; no matter that this was Saturday. They were so helpful, and apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault). I don't think they could have done anything more to achieve customer satisfaction.
Not only excellent value but also excellent standards of service.

This is a very easy to use website and the remote I ordered arrived the next day. Because the postege is included it avoids that nasty shock when you get to the checkout, the price you see is what you pay and quite reasonable to, a big PLUS+++. Definatly a site to keep in your favourites. No bribary was used in the writing of this testimonial (though it wont be refused LOL) just a satisfied customer......Chas
