My elderly mother-in-law lost her television remote control when moving home. The store she bought it from advised they couldn't supply a replacement as the set was 6 years old and spares had been discontinued.
I found the AV UK website via the Google search engine, located the remote control I needed and it was delivered 48 hours later for a cost of £12.89 with free postage.
My mother-in-law has no idea how to use a computer but thinks AV UK is wonderful.
