Thank you so much for making what seemed difficult to be actually very easy had been without a remote for the tv for some years now, always forgetting how to go about getting a new one, when at shops forgetting the model etc yet a few buttons and clicks after discovering your site, and within two days - brand new remote at home. no fuss, no messing, final click and tv is turned off!! thank you so much for making life easy at the click of a button kindest regards R Whyatt
