Thank you for supplying us with a remote that can work our tv. We have not been able to retune our Tv since the dog decided to have a chew on the original remote. We had to use the videa remote which did not support all the functions. We now have retuned and have all the functions we had with the original remote. I bought a DVD/Video recorder writer from a large well known electrical retailer but as the remote was missing they reduced it by £80.00. I phoned AV UK Ltd, gave them the model number and received my replacement remote control the next day (£12.99 Inc vat ). Excellent, friendly service With thanks G.Smith
