Fantastic service! Ordered a Samsung remote control on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning. Impressive.
Samsung spares UK couldn't even locate the TV serial number and when 2 days later they worked it out, they wanted £54 for the remote instead of £19.95 that I paid for the genuine Samsung remote.
