I needed a new remote for my sony home theatre system so i had a look around and saw prices between £30 and £40 then i found this site. I got a brand new one for less than £20 i couldn't believe the speed of the delivery came the next day 1st class recorded delivery. I was very impressed to say the least remote came very securely packaged and worked straight away without the need for programming. Ordered specific remote control from AV UK for a brand new tv with faulty remote from well know retailer who had replaced it with universal modal which was impossible to link. Super fast delivery, opened box and was sceptical as there were no instructions, little did I know, put batteries in and it worked immediately, so relieved and over the moon with product and service, thank you AV UK, if only everything in life was as perfect!
