A BIG thanks to nicky who answered my questions very quickly. Delivery was also fast and this remote is far better than the last replacement remote I had got. The only thing I could criticise is one button is labelled incorrectly (as reveal rather than the recall it functions as) but it'll soon become 2nd nature as I get used to this new layout. The layout itself is good being more conventional than the original remote (it's swapped around a lot compared to most remotes). I'll be ordering a remote for my bedroom tv- the layout is better than the way that one is set out. I find myself still looking at those buttons to find basic functions after a couple of years! A copy remote with the same layout as the main tv will make it far easier to use! So, many thanks to nicky!

Many thanks for your splendid service. I ordered a remote from you on Thursday morning and received it on Saturday morning. Having put batteries in it,it worked "straight out of the box" as the saying goes, with no setting up required. I would recommend others to use AV-UK Ltd. Thanks again. J.T.
