This is the second time I have used this website to locate a replacement for a tv remote control
The site is very easy to use and locate the item required

After ordering a remote and receiving one that wasn't compatable with my T.V I thought I'd have a hard time getting the correct one, But after a short phone call the situation was sorted out and a the correct replacement was with me within 48hrs (with stamps to send the other one back).
Fantastic Customer Care I will definately use this company again
