Yes, it is a pattern part ( to use car parts jargon) and you have to have a brain to use it. There is no hand book,it has symbols without letters and these are not in the same places as the genuine part. Would I use Av UK again? Certainly. Would I recommend them to a friend.Yes.

An excellent service. Item was ordered late on Wednesday evening 14th Dec and delivered by post on the morning of Friday 16th Decamber. Exactly as ordered - genuine HUMAX RT-531B Remote Control. This service could not be bettered, I shall have no reservation about recommending this company to any of my friends. I am only sorry that I did not discover them before I retired after 55 years in the Radio/Television/Video Service Industry. I'm sure I would have found many opportunities for using their services.
