Well,we thought we would be without a remote until the new year but AV UK LTD did us proud. We ordered a replacement on Dec 28th and recieved it this morning Dec 30th, now that`s what I call service. Happy new year to you and all your staff.

Ordered a replacement remote for my Sagem DTR on the Tuesday and it arrived by 1st class post on the Friday. 1st time I have used your company and the service was excellent - I can watch my recordings again at last! I shall certainly recommend you. once again many thanks for the prompt service.
