My Philips remote control had given up and I contacted the dealership from where I had purchased the item and remote from. They did not have it in stock and where they would order them in from did not have one either! I went on the web and found this great site - and to my surprise they had the exact remote that I needed. I rang AV UK Ltd and spoke to a lady who did her utmost to check that they had one in stock. She came back to me to say they had one and the next morning at 10.55am my remote arrived. I am delighted with the service and would advise anyone who needs anything that this site stocks to use them - they are first class to deal with and their prices are great. I thank them very much.
