Acquired what I thought would be a pretty rare remote from AVUK for a YAMAHA digital sound processor - straight from stock. Wasn't sure from the website if the remote would be new or used. No fears - remote delivered promptly, brand spanking new and works fine.
I suggest you clarify that your remotes are new on your website to avoid anyone being put off otherwise.
