Having initially ordered a remote for my partners tv - I was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of service, not to mention the excellent pricing of the remote. I then ordered a remote for my partners son... this also arrived with lightning speed. Sadly there had been a mix-up on my part over the model number (due to the son having it in an almost...but not quite identical tv box, belonging to his brother) - whoops! I got onto AV UK Ltd about the matter and it was politely dealt with. Simply return the remote for an exchange, with the understandable surcharge just to cover the new postage. I would recommend them to anyone. The service is second to none in my book and it is a pleasure to buy from them.

Having scoured eBay and other sites to find a replacement for my lost Sony TV remote I stumbled across AV UK. They had the very one at what seemed like a too-good-to-be-true price inc P&P. I took a punt and within 2 days had the kosher item (not a no-name copy) in my hands. Great price and service. Thanks.
