My husband and I are duffers when it comes to anything technical so when we asked for a replacement remote control we held our breath as to the outcome. Well - it came 2 days later and lo and behold, we just put the batteries in and it worked. This is the first time anything has been that simple for us. We are getting on in life and this was just a doddle.
