My baby sn had used my old remote as a spoon and stirred my cup of tea with it. I needed one fast as the universal ones wouldnt work on it I called this company and they dealt with my query quickly and efficiently i recieved the remote the next dat with the minimum of fuss now i can watch the tv again and best of all get on my playstation 3 lol thanks for your great customer services and patience very reliable and hopefully i wont have to use them again but if ever my baby decides to use my remote for something other than what it is suposed to do then i will definitely use them again
