Very good service. The remote arrived within 2 days of ordering and the price was very good as well. The only minor criticism I have is that the order status page for my order never changed to say the order had been dispatched.

Excellent service ordered remote late Wed night arrived Fri morning. Could not use Samsung tele/video as the front panel buttons were locked, and the remote had been lost.I had tried various universal remotes, but none had the TV menu button. This remote worked perfectly having all the original functions.
