I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT AV UK PROVIDED. THE REPLACEMENT REMOTE FOR OUR TV WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 36 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE EVEN DISCOVERED THAT SINCE USING THE REMOTE SUPPLIED BY AV UK LTD, THE PICTURE QUALITY IS FAR SUPERIOR ON THE TV TO THE ONE WE HAD USING THE ORIGINAL REMOTE. COINCIDENCE, AFTER HAVING THE SET FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS, I THINK NOT!!!!!!
