The remote came today, I unpacked it and tried it right away. Eureka it worked like a charm, I was able to tune my CCTV in which was the most important thing to me. Thank you for your speedy delivery, your website is great, easy to use and right to the point. To be honest I thought that it would not work as I have gone through 3 universal remotes trying to get this combi to work properly. Now I know where to come if ever I need a new remote for anything. The product which I purchased, was exactly as described, was promptly delivered next working day, and was the cheapest I found anywhere. This was made all the better by the price shown on the website being fully inclusive of VAT and shipping.
