An excellent service. Item was ordered late on Wednesday evening 14th Dec and delivered by post on the morning of Friday 16th Decamber. Exactly as ordered - genuine HUMAX RT-531B Remote Control. This service could not be bettered, I shall have no reservation about recommending this company to any of my friends. I am only sorry that I did not discover them before I retired after 55 years in the Radio/Television/Video Service Industry. I'm sure I would have found many opportunities for using their services. Excellent service from AV UK. I thought my 2nd-hand Humax PVR was dead in the water as the numbers on the remote wouldn't work, and I needed to enter the PIN for digital retuning. Humax couldn't help, but AV UK delivered to a PO Box 1st thing next day and we've now retuned, less than 24 hours after we first made contact. Many thanks!
