I've had two lovely LG video recorders, on each of which the remote control has failed very quickly. After losing the ability to operate my machine for a second time, I was directed to AVUK for a replacement. It looked very complicated in the picture on the site, but the price was so good, I decided to give it a try. It arrived within 2 days, but I've avoided it for two weeks because it looked so complicated. Today I got brave and tried it. It's absolutely BRILLIANT and just as easy to operate, without any instruction, as my original remote, just by doing exactly what I'd have done with the original. I am VERY impressed with AVUK - good pricing, quick delivery, and excellent product. You are definitely staying in my contacts list! THANK you.
