I ordered a remote control from this website having run a search through Google for replacement DVDR remote controls. I had tried a few other sites and this was the first one that seemed to have the one I needed, and it was in stock. I ordered fairly late on a Friday evening and the control arrived on Tuesday morning. This was very prompt for a cross-channel service and the remote seems to be working fine. I thought I was going to have to buy a new DVD recorder but this saved me from having to do so for just a few pounds. Great service, great price, great site. Thank you.

The dog had partly eaten our remote and it only worked under duress. I found this website really easily and the new replacement remote arrived quickly and works fine. No more fighting with the remote to get the TV to work - Great Result !
