Second time customer and good service again. The first time I bought a replacement remote for my parents Grundig TV (yeah, who are they again?) and this time after my remote for my phillips TV went I did some searching around. I could have got an official replacement for £20-30, but rediscovered AV and got an unofficial (but just as good) remote for £13. Placed order late Sunday and it arrived with Wednesday's post. Would recommend.
