I would just like to thank you on your prompt and effecient service. I have in the past tried and used (to some degree, with a little sucsess) various "multi programable" remote controls. I now realise how much of a wste of time that was!! For little or no more cost I have a new remote, tailor made for my appliance. Very nice work AV UK LTD.
