I ordered a remote control for my TV on New Years Eve at approx 8pm. Due to the New Year holiday and subsequent weekend I did not expect to see my order for about a week. To my surprise my remote arrived on Saturday 3rd Jan after being despatched by 1st class post. What fantastic service, I am very impressed with my dealing with AVUK and would highly recommend them to prospective customers. "First Class Customer Service" and the best bit, after several goes at using a universal remote I've got one that finally works and I don't have to get out of bed to change channels!! Many Thanks!!
