Well,we thought we would be without a remote until the new year but AV UK LTD did us proud. We ordered a replacement on Dec 28th and recieved it this morning Dec 30th, now that`s what I call service. Happy new year to you and all your staff.

remote was shipped quickly just the post was slow in delivering it not your fault better than the last one seems more sturdy and does everything it should do
