Unfortunately the Royal Mail failed to deliver; literally. I e-mailed the co. who rang me shortly after (at nearly 7.00 p.m.) and arranged to deliver the replacement personally at my earliest convenience; no matter that this was Saturday. They were so helpful, and apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault). I don't think they could have done anything more to achieve customer satisfaction.
Not only excellent value but also excellent standards of service.
