Ordered the remote and it arrived a couple of days later.I put in the batteries and it worked straight away. Prompt service and product works as I hoped. Thanks

Ordered a replacement remote for my Sagem DTR on the Tuesday and it arrived by 1st class post on the Friday. 1st time I have used your company and the service was excellent - I can watch my recordings again at last! I shall certainly recommend you. once again many thanks for the prompt service.
